Spending a day smoothly is tough

It’s tough for all of us to spend a day smoothly. Because of our thoughts which limits us. We cannot feel beyond our thinking. We cannot think beyond our wants and desires. We cannot think beyond our day to day life. We cannot even think beyond our family, relatives and friends. We prefer to think only about our pleasure and sorrow. All these thoughts make us small and limited.
In this universe there are millions of people live. I am also among them. I am also a part of this very universe. So I should think and feel beyond all our limitations, beyond our thinking our own self. And we should feel millions of people of this universe are our relatives and neighbors.
Now look into yourself. Where is our sorrow? Don’t we think that our sorrow seems to be too small in front of millions of people? My name is Debasree, I live in Kolkata. In the big city of Kolkata I live in Birati area and such small fragmentation will continue. Let’s break all the divisions’ beneath Sun. lets extent our thoughts beyond all the limitations. Let’s enjoy the infinite love.

Cultivate Great Thoughts

Few great thoughts leave some fragrance of peace which always gives us a feeling of satisfaction. We know this, still we always cannot think great. We remain only in very common plane of thoughts. This is the tragedy of us. To be happy we have to cultivate some great within us.

A Businessman And His Sons

A Businessman has four sons. He has decided to name then as Ram, Krishna, Hari and Shyam. He thought as he was too busy in business and don’t really find time for prayer, so it would be nice if he name his sons after the name of God, so that when he will be in the death-bed he will surely call the name of his sons and thus he will chant the name of God also. As God Himself said-“One who will remember me at the time of death he will come to me after death.” This was the plan of that businessman.. He thought in the last moments of his life seeing his sons he will also remember God’s name and thus after death he will go to God.
Time passed. In the mean time his four sons engaged themselves in their father's business.
One day the man felt ill. He understood it is his last minutes of life. So he called his sons.

All the four came to see their father for the last time. As they arrived seeing them the businessman said-“you fool! All of you came then who will see the business?” On saying this, the man died. So he could not chant Lords name at the time of His death.
Throughout one's life one will engage in worldly matter, money and everything and at the last moment by chanting Lords name no one ever gets free. One have to start then from the beginning of the life.

SAT SANGH

“Sat Sangh” helps us to go ahead in the Spiritual life. It has two meanings- an outer meaning and inner meaning.
In our daily life we come across many people, we visit many places from where we learn many things. This may be good or bad for us. Like if we go to disco this will make us excited. We will learn that type of culture or will get such friends. Again if we visit any Math or Mission we can get some good culture or teachings. This changes our life. It will help us to learn to control over our passion.
If we think we are not getting peace because of the people around us, and this is the main problem, then it is our wrong idea. If we leave everything and starts to reside in a forest in search of peace, the idea will never serves its purpose. No matter whether we live alone or not? But our mind will always move here and there in search of worldly matters. Until and unless we learn to control our mind we are not going to have peace within us. So better visit to such places only where our mind comes in a stable condition. We should not go to such places or to meet with such person which excites us. So visiting a Math or Mission is one type of Sat Sangh. This is the outer meaning of Sat Sangh.
The inner meaning of Sat Sangh is to remain with Self. “Sat”- is existence. Sangh means – to be with. “I” always exist with myself. To remain with “I” is Sat Sangh. Never bother with this world. Be satisfied with you. Remain with you. Always reside with the Truth—The Supreme and that is our “Self”.
So this Sath Sangh first changes our outer world and then help us to find our Self.

The Wood Collector

There lives a poor man near the forest. He use to collect woods from the forest and took those to the far away market. The man had a donkey which was much assistance for him to carry the wood from forest to the market.
One day he went deep inside the forest and collected more wood. But while returning he got lost his way as the dawn came. He found a Saint's small hut in that forest. He decided to stay that night there. The Saint gave him permission to stay there. But he had another problem to solve. His donkey had to be roped. But there was no rope for that purpose. The man again approached the saint asking for rope. Saint said-"Why should I keep rope. There is no rope with me."
The saint continued-"Do you rope the donkey everyday?"
The man replied affirmatively.
The Saint-"Then I find no problem. You take your donkey near that big tree and just act as if you are roping it to that tree."
The man thought the saint may have some divine power with that his donkey will be protected and stay safe there. So he did accordingly.
The next morning the man wanted to leave after giving thanks to the saint he went to his donkey and started pulling. But to his astonishment the donkey didn't move. The man again returned to the saint and said-"what happen to my donkey? It's not moving."
The saint understands all and with a smile answered-"Haven't you freed your donkey from the tree? How will it go?"
The man replied-"But I didn't rope it."
"So what? Your donkey doesn't know it. You again go and just act to free it from the tree."-saint advised.
The man acted just as the saint said. Now his donkey is free and started to move.

The moral of the story is - We are neither bound nor do we have to make ourselves free. We are free always. This is our mind that always makes us fool. Mind is the only barrier between me and my real I. We are bounded by our own mind.

To Realize Infinity

Vedanta helps us to manifest our self. We have limited our life within our friends, relatives and neighbors. Thus our pleasure and sorrows are also limited. Our thoughts are also limited. We can not think beyond our wants and desires. We cannot think beyond our relatives and friends. But Vedanta helps us to expand our thoughts, to break our limitations, to erase our boundaries. It helps us to taste the true freedom. Actually we are inborn free. But our name and fame are the impositions on us and causing great barriers. So when we will realize the infinity we won’t be depressed. Limitation causes depression. So realize Infinity within you to be happy always.

RAMA BHAJAN

CONSCIOUSNESS IS REAL "I"

Mind is a cluster of thoughts, good or bad; both thoughts are the barrier for us. Good thoughts are like gold chain which attracts us most and it’s too tough to get rid from it.
Man has forgotten his infinite character. Man is finite as well as infinite too. Man is finite regard to his body and infinite regard to his consciousness. Consciousness is limitless. When we think we are only a body we limit ourselves within a shape. Our senses and body don't always exit. When we sleep our senses doesn’t exit. Body also doesn’t exist always. Every one of us is due to die. When consciousness is not confined by body or by mind it is limitless, then it’s in a liberated condition. So this proves that we are born free but we make our identity small by our name and degrees. Man is finite regard to his body, mind and ego but he is infinite regard to his consciousness.

JANMASTHAMI

On the day of Janmasthami(The day when Lord Krishna took birth)Celebrated at Lake Gardens Ashram on 24th August.

Bhagavan explained the character of Lord Sri Krishna. He told that Krishna is not just the God to love, but when required He punished His waives also, as once they insulted Rishi Astabakra. So after years when His wives on the way to Hastinapur escorted by Arjun, few dacoits attacked them and insulted Krishna’s wives. Arjun, the greatest fighter of that time, couldn’t even lift his famous bow-Gandiv, as if he had no strength in him to fight the dacoits. He could not protect the wives of Sri Krishna. He was shattered with the incident. It was not known to him that the power of his actually was the power of Krishna Himself. This gave us lesson that behind everything there is a power of God. We pray Him but when He blesses we think that it’s our power and all creativity is done by us. Thus Krishna gave many demonstrations to be the perfect in the world.

Bhagavan also told another story. It is like this: - Arjun's grand son-Parikshit was dead when he took birth. He was the last person in that dynasty to rule. So everyone went to Lord Krishna so that Parikshit become alive again. Sri Krishna told that if someone with real celibacy touches Parikshit he will be alive again. There were many saints were present but no one has guts to do as no one has that confident on real celibacy. Then The Lord Krishna Himself came forward to touch Parikshit to give him life. Thus Parikshit got life again.

So Bhagavan told that the Love of Avatar is not like the love of this world which is only for physical pleasure but it has that potential to submerge someone deep into Samadhi-the Perfect Bliss. Krishna had 100 wives still He was a Brahmachary-with perfect celibacy. The Love of an Avatar makes one immerged into samadhi. Make one to feel tranquility.

So we get both the aspect of Love and War in Lord Krishna.So don’t just worship Him but make Him your ideal.

A man earns by sailing the woods that he collects from the forest everyday.one day a Sanyasi told him to "proceed on".The very next day he moved further in the forest and he found the forest of sandal wood.By sailing those collected woods he became rich.next day again he moved further and he saw mines of silver and then further of Gold.so he became the richest man by sailing those."This story says that if we aimed for something then proceed on.If we have reached to the certain level then we can proceed more and more.Never stop.There is no end.We can go till we get satisfaction.Just like that there is no end of spirituality.Everything is inside.Don't think that what our Sastra says is last.If we Proceed further inside we can go more ,more and more.Spirituality is the discovery of self.Search inside.We never know you may find the ocean of love inside whose depth cannot be measured but can be treasured only.

we all are trend to grow,to move further.A child grows to a person,a bud into a flower`but ever any one looked back that where is source? everything changes our look,our character, then what remains the same?which power is helping us to grow?This questions end in a words "Aham Brahmasmi" means Ami Brahma.Thats means the Knowledge we are realizing in the every passing moment was already stored within the form of a baby.As we grow up and our knowledge gets accessed by all the process.
So when we will realize that everything is inside we have to only focus on the particular subject.Its like a cd of a film.The total film is stored inside the cd.We are viewing that part which is focused on that particular moment.

From the beginning of our life we desire to get many things in different stages.May be we achieve much less than what we desire through out our life.Still our wants never ends.but if we try to reduce useless wants we can proceed towards the way to God.We have to drive in to the sea.If we stand far away we won't get any idea about the depth of the sea.We have to drive inside.

We are using this world but we have to know how to get maximum profit that we can suck from a day.We have to live like a servant in our family.,who works for a particular hour.

We can't make them work more than what they have contacted with us.Like that you work for your family but like a maid in your home and after particular hour you finish all your work and dip into yourself.

If you become desire less you can enjoy your sorrow as well as your pleasure.From that you will learn how to be happy in small quantity that you get.Always remember if a boat remains above the water it can sail but if water comes on the boat then it will sink.So be in your family but don't let your family be in you

Boundation and freedom both exists in our mind.If we think that we are free then we are the king.If we can't get rid of obstractions then we have to ask ourselve that where is our obstractions??By whom and what i am bounded with?then we will find that my mind is the origin of my boundaries.
We are practised to blame others for any deeds but why our mind is blaming others??I have my hand to use for our needs.If we use to bit others then the purpose will not serve.Similarly if we use our mind to blame others then it will be the biggest wastage of our mind.So use your mind to thing about God,to think for good reasons.
If you do a bad work then comparitively it is much better than if you think bad for somebody.Your bad thoughts towards anybody is displaying your own picture.So think good and always try to bring out the goodness of others.

Most of the people are orthodox.When we love one idol we try to dominates other.But this not right.May be we love Sri Ram,Sri krisna but we should pay respect to others also.As all are same. Generally we worship many idols.but when we are in the state of samadhi there is only the ultimate truth the Brahman or Atman.There is no shape,no words when we will reach to that state we will feel that the Brahman or Atman is in all,in all creations.To reach in that highest state we have to give our mind in God only.That doesnot mean that we will leave everything.Sri krisna,Sri rama were a king but They had the knowledge of Brahman.They were BrahmaGyani.We have to give up our mind from the materialistic world.we think that if we stay aloof from everything we are staying alone.Actually we are alone but our mind is dealing with many things.We have to sacrifice our mind from everything.Inspite of staying in the midst of a crowd if our mind stays away from all other thoughts then we can definitely reach to that goal.So Deep.Deep.and Deep.

Vedanta will be the future religion

"Vedanta will be the future religion"--Swami Vivekananda.Every morning we all are worried about what is the news?our relatives are fine?We don't know what we will face the very next moment. Is this a life??All are fighting throughout. Everyone is showing power but is this power is bringing the ends of all problem??There is no solution.All the head of our society is blaming others.This the problem of the whole world. Then where is the Solution?Solution will only work when people will practice Vedanta.Vedanta is not of any community or Society.Its the religion for all. As Its except everyone.Vedanta teaches to do the work before a promise to the general mass.Peace will come when the religion,caste and Human being will be one and all.Peace is not in brotherhood but in oneness.

Is God or Brahmn is same??
Brahmn and God is not same.God is limited ,shaped and Brahmn is "Abang Manasha Gocharm" i.e beyond of mind and words.We cant describe Brahmn by words.Even neither we can see nor we can think about.We can only realize Brahmn.
A person can become God.When a person acquires some special character like Sacrifice,Knowledge of self,Bravery then one can be worshiped as God.

What is Maya? Maya is nothing but a tricks.everything seems to be real but it is apparent projection of the real.We see what we actually want to see. So nothing is static though we know that we are very serious about all and this Maya. The outer world changes from time to time but when you will look inside you will see everything is same. For example a night guard when walk at night He take care of all the shops. He doesn’t know what is behind the shutter of each shop. Everything looks same. So the shapes are different but everything is alike inside.

Knowledge is same in me you and everywhere,but it varies in ones applications.Knowledge makes you move from one place to another.Suppose you were reading,you were applying your knowledge and then again your knowledge only asked you to write something.So its the knowledge which makes you work all the time.But we are not aware of the Knowledge.But Vedanta is the media which helps you to aware of your Knowledge inside.
